HOW MANY PERSONS ARE AFFECTED RELATED TO THE POPULATION?
Most sources provide data on the absolute number of confirmed cases on Corona virus infection. WE present these data related to the number of inhabitants in the countries.
Notably, some smaller countries have a very higher number of population-related cases, e.g. the Nordic countries (Fig. 1).

HOW MANY CASES OF CORONA WERE FATAL?
It is surprising to see the large variations on fatal cases (=deaths) of corona related to the persons infected with highest proportions in the Philippines, Iraq, Italy and Iran. Note: Differences in testing and reporting need to be taken into account.
